Resui got approved for a subsidy for our €110.000 project to scale up our circular webshop for tailored suits! And we are looking for investors to get on this moving train and revolutionize fashion.
This subsidy comes from the RVO-CIO fund and will enable us to invest in developing processes and technology to handle and prepare second-hand suits for sale on a larger scale. Our mission to reduce waste in men's fashion by matching pre-owned suits with new owners has gained significant momentum.
We are proud that the RVO recognizes the value of our project and believes in our contribution to the circular economy. From our humble beginnings in Haarlem to our current operations in Hoofddorp, Resui has collected, processed, and resold numerous pre-owned suits through our webshop. This is a labor-intensive process. To operate on the largest possible scale and have the greatest positive environmental impact, we need to automate, streamline and scale up all aspects of our operations.
